The World Bank President has been kidnapped by a para-military group in the Niger Delta of Nigeria. If the president wants to be set free, he must disclose an undeniable truth to the world, and in plain words. World Bank President, John Dough, will not yield to the demands of the rebel forces of World Africans for Reparation (W.A.R.). With video camera rolling, he experiences an unintentional revelation while broadcasting a prescribed set of concessions and admissions. Africa Rise is a motion picture about what happens when a clandestine army of common citizens, unrefined in military and diplomatic procedures, finds its source of relief by dedicating themselves to the greater cause of justice.
